At Cup of Stars International, each item is custom-made specifically for you once your order is placed.
Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been confirmed.

However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, we are happy to offer an exchange.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery, providing clear photos of the issue and your order details.

We will carefully review your case and arrange a replacement if applicable.
Please note that we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, except in cases where a replacement is unavailable.
